**Parameters:**

- `string|null $value <p>Set to NULL or empty string, to remove the attribute.</p>`
- `bool $strictEmptyValueCheck </p>
$value must be NULL, to remove the attribute,
so that you can set an empty string as attribute-value e.g. autofocus=""
</p>`
