Mission
The main objective of the company establishment is to provide good engineering practice and design proposal at the most cost optimum with respect to the Client’s monetary resources and project schedule.
Vision
The company vision is to continue his mission as above and further develop to a renowned and established company with expert in infrastructure and structural design and construction of all types of works, from individual buildings to mega developments to super high-rise towers. We will work and interact closely with clients, architects, engineers and contractors using building information modelling (BIM) to achieve the collective vision for a project, delivering effective design and construction solutions.
We shall adopt efficient consulting practices, modern management techniques and operational tools with the utilization of the most advanced and state-of-the-art internationally recognized software for daily structural engineering analysis, design and drafting.
From our experience on industrial development and oil & gas project, we shall enhance our professional strength to excel in the design and project management skill to provide one-stop professional services to include design, construction and authorities permitting services to our client, on any development projects undertaken by them.
Key Management
Ir Yap Wai Hoong
Managing Director
He has over 32 years of all rounded experience in design, construction and management of project development in Malaysia and China. He started his career as design engineer with H.S. Liao & Rakan (a reputable consulting engineer for commercial, residential and general infrastructure development), then with a Ranhill Fluor Daniel (an Oil & Gas EPCC international firm), followed by Petroleum company, Caltex Oil Malaysia Sdn Bhd, subsequent with Project Management Company, Metrocon Sdn Bhd, before he joined a local consulting engineer firm, Jurunding ASAPP Sdn Bhd as partner. He started Perunding Rekamaju in 1998 till now.
Ir Lee Kiang Yen
Director
He joined Pintaras Megah Sdn.Bhd, a specialized contractor in substructure work as a site engineer in June 2002. After gaining experience in foundation works, he left Pintaras Megah Sdn.Bhd for Perunding Rekamaju as a design engineer in November 2003. During his tenure as a design engineer in Perunding Rekamaju Sdn.Bhd, he has involved in various projects such as Condominium developments, factories and warehouse developments, as well as the principal submitting person for various Oil and Gas projects. Having accumulated knowledge in both infrastructure and structure design and project execution, he has qualified as a professional engineer in year 2012 and subsequently promoted to one of the director of Perunding Rekamaju Sdn. Bhd.
Ir Lim Chin Thye
Senior Engineer
He joined Perunding Rekamaju, in year 2012. During his early days with the company, he was tasked to handle the Petronas Cogen Gas Plant Projects in Kerteh and Kemaman. At the same time, he was also involved in various Aker Solutions extension projects which involved XMT Annex Factory which is located at Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ). His involvement in these projects has earned him experience in the Oil and Gas design specification, as well as handling the architecture, structural and infrastructure aspect of industrial Projects.
Throughout his service with the company, he was majorly involved in steel structure designs. He was the assigned engineer for the prominent Langkawi tower Project. Langkawi tower is a Steel structure tower standing at 138m at Langkawi. Major projects he has involved was the MATRADE Exhibition Centre and Petronas Leadership Centre whereby he has proposed the value Engineering Design for the steel structures and connections.
